Vatic Note: The utilities companies are beginning to act like the bankers. I am beginning to wonder if the bankers bought into these companies.
First the smart meters in line with the G-20 meeting where they agreed to have a global spying network and smart meters were the beginning, but now they are adding towers within residential areas to both make the smart meters spy and report to the utility companies and to depopulate the planet with their killer IMF pulsing. On May 21, 2012, Pacific Gas and Electric, a large CA utility, filed the above motion with the CPUC to limit the personal information regarding its employees (former and current) to be made available to the public in the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) investigation of alleged spying on several leading anti-smart meter activist groups in California.
This motion reveals discovery information related to the proceeding, allegedly showing how one of their executives infiltrated and participated in anti-smart meter discussion groups under an assumed name.

On June 25, 2012, a hearing was held on the matter at the CPUC, click here to read the transcript, which includes allegations that the CPUC may also have been involved, as unreported meetings were held on numerous occasions during that time period between the utility and CPUC. Even though we understand that this was a public meeting, the CPUC administrative law judge in charge prevented it from being filmed. CEP believes this is a violation of applicable law.
