Deductive reasoning and good observation I found photos of her pregnant near the end of her term, and he is right, she has none of the physical symptoms of advanced pregnancy, just look at her very high heels, which is a no no for pregnancy, but also notice the thinness of her ankles with no fluids. Part 1 of this 2 part series contends that Kate, like many women in the entertainment industry, hired a "surrogate" to avoid the morning sickness, weight gain, swollen ankles and breasts, bladder discomfort, labour, pain and stretch marks of pregnancy. She hired a surrogate to escape the havoc that pregnancy would wreak on her shapely, underweight body and her fashionable royal lifestyle.
Part 1 also contends that when Kate was admitted to hospital between December 3 and December 6, 2012, she wasn't admitted for morning sickness since medical staff at the royal estate could have easily treated her condition. She was admitted to the hospital for egg removal surgery and "in vitrio" fertilization. The royal couple's embryo was then implanted in a hired surrogate.
To cover up the scandalous use of a surrogate, Kate has been wearing a silicone pregnancy belly for photo ops which are available in 3, 6 and 9 month sizes.
Part 1 of this 2 part series also contends that the nurse who allegedly committed suicide during Kate's hospital stay was murdered when she learned Kate wasn't really pregnant.
PREGNANCY SIGNS?
Photos of Kate posing in high heels do not reveal any of the typical signs of water retention during advanced pregnancy such as facial fullness/puffiness or breast, ankle and feet swelling. She looks just as slender and comfortable in heels as non-pregnant Kate.
Pregnant women are advised by doctors never to wear high heels in the third trimester due to balance, back and swelling issues...so why is Kate wearing high heels and looking very unpregnant (besides the fake silicone bulge)?

If Kate and William's baby was conceived "in vitrio" during Kate's hospital stay between December 3 and December 6, 2012, the baby is not due to be delivered by the surrogate until early September, 2013.
Since the public has been deceived into believing that Kate was 4 to 8 weeks pregnant during her "fake" morning sickness stay in the hospital, the public expects her to give birth in July.
That means the "July" birth will have to be faked and a substitute "photo op" baby or babies if it is "twins" will be used for publicity purposes until Kate and William's "real" baby or babies (twins) arrives in early September.
