Sorry for coming late. I think the continuity of government has overtaken the legitimate government and the Constitution.
I've heard there are two versions of the Patriot Act. and one is confidential and so cannot be revealed. Guess that must be the one which gives these usurpers unfettered rights. I've also read that the Patriot Act draft was in place sometime in 1991.
