Signs that the "PEOPLE" Are Taking Over The OWS Movement

*** Warning to anyone picking up stories from Raw Story or Rueters, they have embedded ads to run on your blogspot or website without paying you for it and without your permission.  If it happens file a complaint with both publications and take court action if you have to.  This is obscene in the extreme on greed.  Violating someones property without their permission after working hard to build the site and reaping benefits through deception.  My goodness, just how far down have we come.  They did that on this story and I have had to spend an inordinate amount of time to identify the text that was embedded in order to get rid of it.  What a pain.

Vatic Note:  Yes, indeed there are signs that the people are taking over the movement.  Now is the time, if we were ever going to prevail, to do so.   The system is beginning to respond to the "peoples" persistance in non cooperation.  Every American, whether left, right, or in the middle, should join those brave marines, army, airforce, and navy people who have joined those on the left in this event, out on the lines.  (see the three articles below that show the movement going in the peoples direction). As many of you know, many have called for violence, and we encouraged as you can read on our blog in the People to people initiative, for full non cooperation and no violence.  We helped to identify the initiators of the movement and expose them to the light of day and encouraged everyone to take control of the movement from those funding it.  Well, this is the time.

NOW IS THE TIME IN NY TO TAKE OVER CONTROL OF THE "ASSEMBLY" AND REDRAFT the DEMANDS that benefited WALL STREET and REVISE THEM to BENEFIT OUR PEOPLE and deliver them to our Government.   What has happened here is the British governments "Tavistock" Group really screwed up on psychological warfare as they had spent millions in grants to various institutions here in the states to study how to manipulate masses of humanity in the United States, and to use the results of such study in planned psychops by both the bankers (Soros) and by the government (Police) and the results of those studies were wrong as we can see by these three examples.

It was only when the powers that be, who started all this,  began to lose control of what they started,  that they siced the law enforcement on the protestors.   Notice that when they were in complete control, there was little brutality and in fact staged confrontations that were weak and obvious.  During that time Soro's was providing massive spreads of food and meals every day for the protestors that he had hired.   But now those food spreads are gone.

In a way, its poetic justice that they suffer the consequences of such underhanded actions on their part.   They thought they could split the country and I have watched them try, but to no avail.  The sheep have awoken and supported the movement itself, understanding that there were no other options available to them since the system was completely and irretreivably gone and under control of a foreign nation and its banker warriors.

This simply proves to us that UNITED WE STAND AND DIVIDED WE FALL.  Let every American, no matter what political party, religion, economic class etc,  come out and support this movement in their towns, cities and states.   ITS "OUR" TIME, NOT THE BANKERS TIME.  They had their time and blew it.

Tennessee judge orders Occupy Nashville protesters released

Twenty-nine protesters arrested in Nashville, Tennessee at 3 AM on Friday for refusing to comply with a newly-enacted city rule banning “overnight occupation” have been released after a judge refused to sign criminal trespassing warrants against them.

According to The Tennessean, Night Court Magistrate Tom Nelson
explained in an email to Davidson County’s General Sessions judges that “he ordered all of the protesters released from custody because the state had not given the protesters adequate notice that it was changing the rules.”

Nashville Scene
adds that Judge Nelson “has become something of a hero with the Occupy Nashville movement after dressing down the highway patrol for suddenly imposing the Capitol curfew and hauling the protesters to jail this morning.”

Nelson noted in his email that the protesters had been camping on Legislative Plaza for three weeks with no indication that this could be considered criminal activity, and that “fourteen hours is woefully inadequate time within which to allow the group an opportunity to comply with the newly enacted rules, regulations, curfew and permit requirements.’’

The commissioner for the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security had insisted earlier in the day that the protesters “were very aware that they were trespassing” and indicated that Republican Governor Bill Halsam had signed off on the arrests.

Tennessee Democratic Party Chairman Chip Forrester commented on these remarks by saying, “It’s not Governor Haslam’s right to decide which protesters are welcome on public property and which ones are not. Whether it’s Occupy Nashville or the Tea Party, the public has a constitutional right to address their feelings to the government on public land, which is the Legislative Plaza.”

“This is uncharted territory,” Forrester continued, “and it’s very slippery territory given our fundamental right to express our grievances, whatever they may be, to our government. Governor Haslam overstepped his bounds dramatically. It’s heartening to know a sensible judge understands the constitution and dismissed the charges as irrelevant.”

New York cops defy order to arrest hundreds of ‘Occupy Albany’ protesters

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo takes questions at a press conference. (AFP)
Occupy Albany protesters in New York’s capital city received an unexpected ally over the week: The state and local authorities.

According to the Albany Times Union, New York state troopers and Albany police did not adhere to a curfew crackdown on protesters urged by Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) and Albany mayor Gerald Jennings.

Mass arrests seemed to be in the cards once Jennings directed officers to enforce the curfew on roughly 700 protesters occupying the city owned park. But as state police joined the local cops, protesters moved past the property line dividing city and state land.

With protesters acting peacefully, local and state police agreed that low level arrests could cause a riot, so they decided instead to defy Cuomo and Jennings.

“We don’t have those resources, and these people were not causing trouble,” a state official said. “The bottom line is the police know policing, not the governor and not the mayor.”

Occupy Albany, an offspring of Occupy Wall Street, has seen its protesters remain as committed as those located at its parent site. At least 30 tents have remained in the park over the weekend.

Oakland mayor ‘sorry’ for clash that injured ex-Marine

OAKLAND, Calif (Reuters) – Oakland Mayor Jean Quan, who was booed out of a public square by protesters against economic inequality on Thursday, apologized for a clash between police and demonstrators that badly injured an ex-Marine.

Quan, who has drawn withering criticism for her handling of a confrontation with so-called “Occupy Wall Street” protesters, said in a written statement that she had met with ex-Marine Scott Olsen and his parents and was concerned about his recovery.

Olsen, 24, was struck in the head during protests in Oakland on Tuesday night and has become a rallying cry for the protests nationwide.  A spokesman for Highland General Hospital in Oakland said Olsen remained in fair condition on Friday, upgraded from critical one day earlier, and was visiting with his parents.

“I am deeply saddened about the outcome on Tuesday,” Quan said in the statement, which she also delivered from her office in a videotaped posted online. Shouts of protesters rallying outside City Hall can be heard in the background of the video.

“It was not what anyone hoped for. Ultimately, it was my responsibility, and I apologize for what happened,” she said, concluding: “We can change America, but we must unite and not divide our city. I hope we can work together.”

The disturbances in Oakland have made it one of the hubs of the Occupy Wall Street movement, which began in New York City last month to protest economic disparities, high unemployment and government bailouts of major banks.

Makeshift encampments sprouting up in cities across the country have forced local officials to walk a fine line between allowing peaceful assembly and addressing concerns about trespassing, noise, sanitation and safety.
CATCALLS AND BOOS

Quan pledged to work with the Occupy Oakland activists but said “we need to have direct communications between city staff and your representatives.”

Quan had paid a visit late Thursday night to a rally and speakers’ forum organized by protesters at Frank Ogawa Plaza, a public square adjacent to the mayor’s office that has been the fulcrum of demonstrations.

She was greeted with a hail of angry boos and catcalls and hastily retreated with her staff back to City Hall, followed by protesters shouting, “Get out, go home!” and “Resign!”

In her videotaped statement, Quan said she was “asking” protesters to refrain from camping overnight in the plaza.  Police forcibly dismantled the encampment on Tuesday, and protesters were marching to retake it when Olsen was critically injured in the confrontation with police.

Protest organizers said the ex-Marine was struck in the head with a tear gas canister fired by police. City and police officials have not said how they believe Olsen was hurt but police opened an investigation into the incident.

Protesters reclaimed the plaza on Wednesday night and police kept their distance.

On Friday, hundreds of protesters returned again to the square for a rally attended by documentary filmmaker and liberal activist Michael Moore, who was loudly cheered as he addressed the crowd.

“We’ve seen the militarization of our local police departments because Congress has spent billions to buy them armaments … even spying systems to prepare them for what they believe is the inevitable,” Moore said. “Sooner or later the people aren’t going to take it anymore.”

Organizers have called for a general strike in Oakland one day next week over what they called the “brutal and vicious” treatment of protesters there.

One has to also consider the source...
Rawstory considers themselves “Liberal news with an edge”

The Raw Story | Liberal news with an edge

The Raw Story is a liberal alternative news counterpoint to the Drudge ...

People see them as such, progressive...
So of course they are going to report what they see as progress.
I perused the other articles and clearly they were Liberal with their slams against Republicans. Not that I care, I am party blind, but no dummy :P... they have an article clearly a rawrah for a Dem –

“Congresswoman to attempt to live on $4.50/day food budget
http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/10/29/congresswoman-to-attempt-to-live-on-4-50day-food-budget/

oh goodie LOL – they are pimping California Democratic Congresswoman Speier... I think it is a psy op because the SNAP program is a supplemental aid. “Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program” - not that it is supposed to be all that. I am sure people in need also visit the food shelves... So what the heck is that story all about besides a political stunt... though I could do it and do it, living on $4.50 a day.

Maybe when we start seeing AWOL troops, and banksters on trial etc., signs like that, then we can get excited. :”)

Anonymous, you are absolutely right about the source and the bias, but the facts are not wrong. There was an apology by a public official...which in this day and age is unheard of... also police did refuse to follow the mayor and governors orders in Albany NY, and its a fact that a protestor was release by the judge, thwarting the arrest and throwing it out.

That is what is important and we publish both left and right since this is not a partisan issue per se. Its an American issue and taking this movement over is the objective here from the manipulators. Can you find any fault with that? We do have that in common, both left and right are definitely hurt by what has been done to us by the elite and bankers. Its time we took the initiative. Don't you think??? What yuo suggest as proof is simply another stage of that take over and if it happens, believe me, we will post it. Thanks for your good comments.

Thank you for the posting, your work. I sincerely mean that.

I just want to add, we have to also keep in mind, not all facts are truths... When a situation occurs, and it is reported as a fact, good enough, but if the incident was not what it seems, a hidden agenda, then the story as reported only contains facts, not the truth – the hidden agenda. Only the creators know of what they have in mind and are doing... Yes, this all seems vague, but look at our world, they are manipulating the hell out of everything. They do it with contrary energy, mind control is the norm not the exception.

Let me explain a bit more.

Let’s say the appearance of a heartfelt judge indicates a chalk stroke for the protesters – could be a fake victory. Then we have a dem gov Cuomo adding yet another brownie point. With that said, as things go (and we don’t know at this point)
This all could lead to a fake victory, with what being won, we don’t know that yet... But meanwhile, if they kill the protest too soon, things can’t play into their hands...

I’m just saying, I see more into this than victories. I am looking at what, where who, when and why... So let’s not get too excited that we aren’t paying attention.

Are you serious?...you use content for Raw Story and then complain about "embedded ad's"...here's how you avoid the ad's...STOP USING THEIR CONTENT...

Oh, believe me, I will and have quit coming over there, you are a dangerous lot. All deceptive people who impinge on anothers work and property are dangerous.

I heard you were a neocon/lib site, but did not believe it til now, but your practices are right in line with what the neocons and neolib bankers and corporations do. They use deception for monetary gain. even theft.

ASK YOURSELF, WHY WOULD THEY EMBED ADS WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE? DOES THAT SOUND FAMILIAR? I would have gotten the message if before entering the site they made an announcement like this:

"Please be aware, you are not welcome to copy, publish or in anyway use our material. If you do, then you will be paying for its use by our embedded ads what will show on your site." Now that would have shown integrity and honesty and gave people choices and thus you could still be out there publically in what is known as the "PUBLIC DOMAIN" that you do not have exclusive rights too, and still warn others what would happen if they mistakenly believed, like every other blog in the PUBLIC DOMAIN, that it was just for that use and that you would want your work spread around. That is why the internet is so dangerous to the bad guys. But I see why you might not want that.

Criticism, and analysis of the tripe some sites publish, is death to the credibility of that site. So of course they don't want anyone questioning their offerings. That is better known, not as copyright material, rather as propoganda and disinformation, especially when discussion of the materials is not welcome. I am glad you are outted becuase I defended you and I was wrong to do so.

This kind of "deceptive" behavior on your part sounds like our neocon bankers indeed. Flouride in the water sound familiar? undisclosed! Poisons in our food? undisclosed! GMO seed foods undisclosed or warning labeled???

There is a section in chapter 17 of the copyright code that says you can use content and material for discussion purposes etc....IF YOU DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF OF IT AND IF YOU HAD NOT NOTICED, DEAR MR. OR MS RAW STORY, we do not have a single ad on our site since its exclusively a service to our fellow Americans and ads are a service to you only and actually harm the readers.

So unlike Raw Story, I had no intentions of making money off my visitors, deceptively and maliciously embedding ads that RAW STORY WOULD MAKE MONEY OFF OF WITHOUT LETTING EVERYONE KNOW so I could protect my readers.

YUP AND WE WONDER HOW WE GOT THE BANKERS AND THE OTHER PSYCHOPATHS IN OUR GOVERNMENT? ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS LOOK IN THE MIRROR, RAW STORY, AND YOU HAVE YOUR ANSWER.

If you want to do that, and stop people from using your articles for discussion and analysis then make your site a membership only site OTHERWISE YOU HAVE PUT IT OUT THERE TO WHAT IS CALLED THE "PUBLIC DOMAIN"... DUH! WHAT DID YOU THINK PEOPLE WOULD DO WITH THE INFORMATION?

If you make it a subscription service, you have privatized it, and then you can screw your members twice, once with a monthly fee and again with your own sites embedded ads shoved down their throats. Don't come over crying to me, I have absolutely no patience with greedy people who are sneaky and deceptive.
