Iran is a deflection, but Japan is a danger to the globalists. Their economy was in better shape than the rest of the world, after the bad experience Japan had in 1999 with the IMF and World Bank, they withdrew from using them and went on their own and fair much better economically, further they were not complying, or acting as an aid to Zbigs' plan to surround China for empire building, so they had to learn a lesson. This was a message to the world of what they can do to any nation that refuses to play along. Lesson learned. Watch and see if Japan does not get back on board again.
I would like to add, before I get too deep into the article, that HAARP is OLD technology. They now have a space based device that can harness CMEs/Flares' energy and vector (beam) it to specific locations on earth. This is why Japan was the only area having quakes that day (which is EXTREMELY RARE)... minus one quake that was directly diagonal to Japan in South America. As in... in the "beam" line.

If we look at all of this information, we see a co-relation between Japan initiating the shift and the need to activate the New Madrid. The U.S and Canada create a sort of 'counter balance' which could theoretically prevent a 'domino effect' type of tectonic plate shift. If you look at the location and the plate structures, in order to fully activate the shifting plates in the Pacific, you would need to remove some of that counter weight. Use HAARP on the New Madrid in order to create a 'split' which will allow a 'ricochet' effect in plate pressures...this will cause the needed shifting to not only create a major pole shift activation, it will also assist in giving re-birth to a land mass in the middle of the Pacific known as Lemuria.

It is very simple. Iran is isolated, Japan is a world power that the globalists cannot seem to control. On the 8th, 2 days before this earthquake, the Japanese Governor of Tokyo said that Japan needed to build nuclear weapons for defensive purposes and 2 days latter an interesting earthquake happens. An earthquake that seemed to target a nuclear plant and they are still at risk of a new nuclear holocaust.
Another interesting factor, was that at the time of the earthquake and as soon as the news started, I went to the HAARP website and it was down and remained down for several hours.
Did HAARP do it? I do not know, but I do know that HAARP could do it and that the US had a reason to do it.
The haarp project may be adressed to entune the earth's electromagnetic field by preventing the suns interfearance with it. I wrote an answer to that in a back door kind of way. You have to decide if you want to lose the humanity you do possess and if not, then there is nothing we can do.
