Vatic Note: What this proves is that all that is happening to us is being done by a foreign subversive occupier of the White House. Believe it or not, this is a legal action under our governing LEGAL document, as clearly stated, Citizens may empanel Grand Juries. It does not say "Prosecutors" rather "Citizens" and that is exactly what he has done. He provided evidence that was more than compelling and successful. That fits with our strategy in the above link for the People to People strategy and tactics program item #3. Now, the prosecutor has to follow the law and take the bill of indictment and if he does not prosecute and conduct a trial, then he is in violation of the law, aiding and abetting a crime and treason. Seriously, that is exactly what it is. So, if this is take care of then we can overturn all of his actions including the wars, the oil issue, the bankers can be kicked out, etc. If we start filing more and more of these, all over the country, then it will push them into deciding which way they will go. In fact, it will highlight and clearly act as evidence against them for aiding and abetting the crime with the same penalties for the aiding and abetting as there are for the actual crime. We may then garner double what we go after. The key here is to crack this wide open and give whistleblowers the confidence they need to begin spilling out into the system to testify to what they know and can prove, thus making this house of cards fall all at once. Some major penalties here with murder as one of the crimes that has definitely been committed.

NEW YORK – The controversial Harlem pastor who led a days-long "trial" of President Obama says the resulting "guilty" verdict and corroborating evidence will now be turned over to appropriate authorities, congressional and otherwise.
The event was held at Atlah World Missionary Church over the past few days, and its pastor, James Manning, claimed it to be the first "legal verdict" against Obama since he took office.
Focusing on allegations regarding Obama's status as a "natural born citizen" of the United States as well as the allegedly illegal "award" of a diploma from Columbia University, Manning insists new legal ground was broken.
The activist pastor says that under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, citizens can legally hold a trial and arrive at a verdict, with the results turned over to appropriate government bodies for enforcement.
Manning claims the fact that the Secret Service, charged with protecting the president and investigating threats, allowed the "trial" to take place constitutes evidence it was legitimate.
"If the trial did not have legal standing, then why did the federal or city authorities not intervene to halt [the proceeding]?" he said. "We did not hide the trial, in fact we did our best to promote it. So if the authorities had any problems why did they not act?"
Not only was there no government interference during or after the trial, Manning boasts the NYPD had officers in the neighborhood to protect the church when the trial was under way.
Coincidentally, Obama was less than 4 miles away at a Democratic Party fundraiser in mid-town Manhattan the night before the 5-day trial began May 14.
Just four blocks from the church that hosted the Obama trial stands the Harlem office of former President Bill Clinton.
Ironically, the conservative Manning heaped praise on the 42nd president: "He was (and still is) a friend of the Harlem community. He and Hillary did a lot of good things here and for that we thank them."
Now that the Obama trial is over, Manning said, he will pass on the verdict and the evidence presented to the appropriate congressional authorities for their own "review."
"Just like a civilian who witnessed a crime, we will report our findings to Congress. ... Let's see what they do," he said.
Regarding Manning's allegation that Obama never actually attended Columbia, the New York times blogged mockingly:
"When we asked a Columbia spokesman whether the president did in fact attend the school, he replied, 'We’re not commenting on the Reverend Manning or the trial.' Denial or confirmation? You decide."
Manning, undeterred, says, "The ball is their (Congress') court. The verdict is in, the trial is over.
"Of course they (Congress) will try and ignore it and hope I will go away. .. but anyone who knows me knows I will not go away."

Millions of evangelical Christians are among the masses who have embraced William Paul Young's "The Shack" as though it were gospel. Even three years since its release, "The Shack" has remained on numerous best-seller lists for more than 100 weeks – a claim no other book can make.
Yet it is infused with counterfeit Christianity, argues "Burning Down 'The Shack': How the 'Christian' Best-seller is Deceiving Millions," a new title from WND Books that publishes June 1.
Worse, says author James De Young, its depiction of God as an African woman who suffered Christ's crucifixion – and the book's exclusion of any existence of Satan and hell – represent just some of its many dangerous deceptions.
If such deceptions, which upend biblical teachings on sin, redemption, salvation and damnation, go unchallenged, says De Young, this "feel-good novel" could prove terribly divisive and destructive to millions of Christians.
"The Shack" has sold more than 7 million copies worldwide. A film version is reportedly in the works.
"'The Shack' presents a depiction of God that changes, 'the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man,'" said Joseph Farah, publisher and CEO of WND Books, citing Romans 1:23. "But Paul Young also offers a warped portrayal of the Trinity, denies the supreme divinity of Jesus Christ, diminishes the realities of sin without redemption and shrugs off damnation.
"Christian leaders can no longer countenance this cancerous manipulation," continued Farah. "I'm heartened that Jim De Young is exposing and opposing it."
De Young brings some interesting credentials to his critique. A New Testament language and literature professor at Western Seminary in Portland, Ore., he's also a former longtime colleague of Paul Young, and was his Portland-area neighbor when Young wrote "The Shack." In 1997, De Young and Young even co-founded a Christian think tank, called M3 Forum, and for the next seven years they discussed and probed topics, doctrine and problems facing the church as it approached the New Millennium.
"It's often said that one can understand a book better by knowing the author," said De Young, who wrote "Burning Down 'The Shack'" to "expose the greatest deception to blindside the church in the last 200 years!"
As De Young explains, while writing "The Shack," Young, a victim of child molestation, had recently embraced "universal reconciliation." Identified as far back as the 6th century as heresy, universal reconciliation emphasizes that God's nature in essence renders him "too loving" to let anyone who has refused to seek forgiveness and salvation actually suffer the eternal consequences of sin.
As a seminary professor for 34 years with degrees from Dallas Seminary, Talbot Theological Seminary, and Moody Bible Institute, De Young delivers a chapter-by-chapter evaluation of more than 15 heresies within "The Shack."
He also takes unique creative license and shows readers stories and instruction in Scripture that would have helped Paul Young's fictional character, Mack, find the forgiveness and restoration he so desperately sought – but was not offered.
"Unfortunately, mass acceptance of a viewpoint that denies the existence of evil and the costs and consequences of unbelief isn't surprising," said Farah. "As Americans, we're only now beginning to pay the costs of living as though our choices carry no consequences. As Christians, we're charged with alerting a fallen world to the Truth of eternal consequences. Jim does that by relying on the strength of God's Word to overpower Young's blasphemous manipulations."
