Vatic Note: What we are looking at here is the military is now becoming a one Health command center. They are in charge of public health and are called the public health command center for the entire country. Did the universal health care bill militarize our health care as well now? What does it mean to put our public health in the hands of those who make bioweapons??? Do they make bioweapons that are dangerous to humans? Given their history of using military personnel for medical experiments without their permission or knowledge, is that what will happen in our universal health care now??? Will update as I find out more information on this.
Here is an example of something the military created and patented that is harmful to humans and has been found in tests done of gulf war veterens who apparently are the unwitting experimental targets of these experiments.
"Dr. Garth Nicolson, President of The Institute for Molecular Medicine, and Joyce Riley of The American Gulf War Veterans Assoc., among others, feel that Gulf War Illness is spreading to the general public and is being divided up into separate disease labels such as those listed above. Many patients with these disease labels are sending their blood to be tested at The Institute for Molecular Medicine and The Bowen Lab, are finding they are infected with mycoplasma and or the Lyme Disease organism. The Bowen Lab specializes in testing for the cyst form of the Lyme organism and for Erlichiosis and Babesiosis (other tick-borne infections). Mycoplasma and the cyst form of the Lyme spirochete are being found in much of the chronic illness population. Mycoplasma Fermentens Incognitus, one of the most common strains being isolated, is patented by the U.S. Army and Army pathologist Dr. Lo. Lo,Shyh-Ching-Pathogenic mycoplasma - U.S. Patent 5,242,820 issued Sept.7 1993".
What else don't we know about now??? Its hard to say, there has been so much we are finding out. If I were in the military I would get out as it is beginning to mean a very shortened life span to stay in and that isn't because of our foreign enemies, its because of our enemies right here are home.

New Unveiled ‘US Army [One] Health Command’ Header
As a result of media coverage and citizen outrage of the new One Health referred to as US Army Health Command the US Army has changed their website:

New: http://phc.amedd.army.mil/home
Below is the small print on their website in regard to the integration to the [One] Health Command:
Notice it reads "The US Army Public Health Command" USAPHC (Prov). What is "Prov"? Is that like "Province"? Whatever it is they just militarized health care. Becareful what you ask for, you just might get it.

The USDA has a propensity for tick-related diseases and bioweaponized hybrid diseases (mycoplasma-half bacteria-half virus).
Experimentation on the public and military began in earnest in the late 30's with Plum Island Biological Warfare facility and Ft. Detrick joining forces. The scientists were Nazi's who were brought here and put to work for the USDA. And folks wonder why our food supply is getting more contaminated.
Provincial is a temporary regionalized command structure until the 'transition' is complete to complete global governance.
The bottom line with One Health is the merging of human, animal and environment so each is vying for the planet's 'limited resources', the new environmental gladiatorial games.

If I can track it I will do another blog on the subject. We are under attack from all sides and we are not fighting back. But then this isn't that kind of war, is it??? Its a war of deception and we are ill equipped since we are pretty straight forward people. Its our gov that has become that way and seeing who is in it, I can understand why.
